Ben Young

Ben Young is an award-winning writer and director working across film, television and commercials. His debut feature Hounds of Love premiered at the Venice Film Festival and received nine AACTA nominations. His second film Extinction launched on Netflix starring Michael Peña and Lizzy Caplan, followed by Devils Peak with Billy Bob Thornton and Robin Wright, released theatrically in the US in 2023. His television credits include Population 11 for Stan and Season 2 of The Twelve for Foxtel, both filmed in Western Australia. He brings a sharp eye for performance and atmosphere to everything he directs.
