Robert Woods

Robert started making a lot of really silly stuff at a young age and has just kept at it, leading to some finely honed silly stuff. With a background in musical theatre and improvised comedy, Robert is a classic triple threat, has a strong focus on character and loves to integrate music and rhythm with editing and action. A renowned composer, editor and stalwart introvert, what he lacks in personality he makes up for with proficiency. In the commercial world his clients include Lotterywest, RAC, iiNet, and Kellogg's. His numerous musicals and his feature film "An Ideal Host" (2020) have traveled the globe and won numerous awards. In between experimenting with bold visual styles through various music videos and web-series, he co-founded the theatre production company Holland St. Productions and is an ensemble member of The Big Hoo Haa, Australia's longest running improvised comedy troupe. He is currently campaigning to bring back jingles.
